Hair Care Instructions
Wash Hair Using Sulfate Free Products (Shampoo & Conditioner)

Co-Wash Hair Bi-Weekly (Conditioner Only)

Comb hair starting at bottom and work your way up to the hair weft (track or lace).

Lace Frontals, Closures or Wigs Do Not use heating tools directly on Lace.
Salon Policies
Deposits: All Deposits are Non-Refundable the deposit fee varies depending on hair service selected. Deposit are required for booking all appointments online, through DM or Calling in.

Each appointment has a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 mins late, the appointment will be canceled. Any cancellations will result in the forfeit of the deposit unless canceled by the stylist. Deposits are transferable to a new date and time. Any “NO CALL NO SHOW” will result in lost of deposit.

NO KIDS or EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED unless being serviced. We have a Kids Zone area available for children to play while waiting, in addition to the main guest room waiting area for extra guest to wait in while the client is being serviced.

Same Day Color Service is available depending on the color service for ex Balayage or Full Highlights are recommended for drop off 2 days prior to appointment.

We have Hair Extensions (Bundles), and Wigs on hand, therefore you can purchase bundles and/or wig before your hair service. We highly recommend using our Hair Extensions & Wigs because are familiar with the quality. We do Accept other hair brands, but we have the right to refuse other brands (etc: hair store closures or blend hair) if we feel it may not accomplish the desired look.
